What is the challenge or opportunity you are trying to address within your organization? I want to explore ways that AI can improve workflows, business analytics, and strategic planning within small businesses where there is limited human capital.
What are some of the activities or action items you think will need to be taken to achieve your desired results? Research of industry standard LLM's and APIs to develop in house technology solutions. Collect requirements from the business owners and team to create tools. Determining the best way to integrate these tools into current product or analysis applications. Testing and deploying these features and collecting feedback to for CI/CD. End to End Development
What would make this project a success for your organization? What measurable results are you looking to accomplish? Creating novel solutions that reduce manual labor of firm, allowing employees to be more productive. Increasing performance metrics of the business using analysis and data facilitated through these tools. User satisfaction.
